TraceAnalyzer
Symtavision’s TraceAnalyzer enables engineers to visualize and analyze the timing of controllers and networks, find the cause of timing problems and create timing models for SymTA/S.
TraceAnalyzer combines these key capabilities:
- Trace visualization: import timing trace logs and visualize them in form of
easy-to-understand Gantt-charts - Trace analysis: identify timing errors and generate load and timing overviews and
statistics - SymTA/S model generation: extract relevant timing properties from a trace for further processing in SymTA/S
TraceAnalyzer is easy to use and integrates seamlessly with Symtavision’s SymTA/S through a common data-model and superior Eclipse-based GUI.
Key TraceAnalyzer features:
- Scheduling Gantt-charts show activations, execution of tasks, functions and interrupts,
preemptions, blocking, synchronization, waiting, … - Extraction of key timing properties, including interrupt patterns and burst analysis
- Seamless integration with SymTA/S through a common data-model and
Eclipse-based GUI - Highly flexible import interface with scripting support for converting any original
trace/log format for TraceAnalyze
