The 4th Symtavision NewsConference was attended by more than 100 delegates. With participants from all over Europe as well as Japan, Korea and Brazil this was in fact a world-wide meeting of leading timing experts from the automotive and avionics industry.

Further growth of Symtavision Customer Team
Still investing into our professional customer team we appointed Sissel Rönneberg-Schlehlein in September 2010. She is based in Munich and looks after our customers and prospects in southern Germany in the role of an account manager. Sissel has more than 20 years of professional experience as Sales Executive in the Embedded software and hardware market space.
We also hired another new applications engineer for our customer projects. Simon Schliecker joined us from the Institute of Computer and Network Engineering at Braunschweig University. He is based at our headquarter in Braunschweig and focuses on our customers in the USA.
New Distributor in France
EURILOGIC, our new distributor in France, is a subsidiary of NEXEYA Group, a major industrial player mostly committed to defense, aerospace and transport markets. EURILOGIC is focused on systems engineering, including embedded hardware and software design in the French market, with a staff of 800 employees.
The main contact for our French customers will be Jérôme d’Alderete. He has an engineer degree from Sup’Aero, an aerospace engineer school based in Toulouse. After several years at EADS in a CAD-CAM technical center he worked as sales engineer in various companies providing technical products for industrial engineering like graphics hardware and software and 3D image rendering.
We are very pleased to have EURILOGIC and Jérôme on board.
New SymTA/S 2.3
SymTA/S 2.3 has been released with key new features:
· Response Time Distribution Analysis: How often is a task deadline violated?
· New Experiment Framework with pre-defined analysis templates for
o Sensitivity Analysis: How much space for extension does the system provide?
o Offset Dependency Analysis: How does the response time depend on offsets in synchronized environments?
o Consistency Check Analysis: Do data stay consistent in over- or under-sampling situations?
· Complete scripting API based on PYTHON for easy tool-chain integration and tool automation
· Much more flexible report generator
· Seamless integration of our product TraceAnalyzer incl. interfacing support for several other tracing solutions
